Return Policy Refunds:

Your satisfaction is very important to us at Backer Enterprises. If, within 3 days of delivery, you are not completely satisfied with your Backer metal wall art piece, we will gladly refund your money (minus round trip shipping). Simply email Rich Backer within 3 days of the receipt of delivery and we will process your return. Your refund should be expedited within four (4) weeks from your package being sent back via the return shipper.

Damaged Merchandise:

All Backer metal wall art is thoroughly inspected before shipping; therefore our customers rarely, if ever, receive damaged merchandise. However, should you receive damaged merchandise from Backer Enterprises, simply email us at rich@backerart.com within 3 days of delivery and attach a photo of the damaged piece. We will gladly replace your art piece. Note: You will be responsible for the freight cost to ship the sculpture back to Backer Enterprises if you choose not to receive a replacement.

We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your merchandise upon delivery as we will not be responsible for damages that are not reported by email within three (3) business days of the receipt of your delivery. (Please note: If we receive merchandise that has been damaged due to your insufficient packaging, we will not be able to refund your money. It is very important that you securely package the merchandise before returning it to us.) Again, please inspect your packages as soon as they are delivered and email us immediately if there is any problem.

Instructions for Returning Merchandise:

If you need to return merchandise please follow these guidelines:

• Email rich@backerart.com for return authorization and mailing instructions.
• Secure the merchandise in the original packaging material.
• Secure the packaged merchandise in the original carton.
• Mail the secured package to the address provided.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you decide to cancel your order before you receive it, contact us immediately by sending an email to rich@backerart.com. We will do our best to accommodate you.
